Brillius is hiring an experienced US IT Recruiter for its Madhapur, Hyderabad location. This is a full-time, Work From Office role for 5 days a week, requiring 4+ years of experience in US IT Staffing/Recruitment. The position focuses on managing the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle, with strong hands-on exposure to C2C, W2, and 1099 hiring processes. The recruiter will work with hiring managers, account managers, vendors, implementation partners, consultants, and candidates while managing sourcing, screening, submissions, interviews, offers, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through onboarding.
Source IT professionals through:
Job portals
LinkedIn
Internal databases
Other sourcing channels
Handle C2C, W2, and 1099 recruitment requirements.
Understand the recruitment processes associated with each hiring model.
Work closely with:
Hiring Managers
Account Managers
Vendors
Implementation Partners
Consultants
Candidates
Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates within defined timelines.
Conduct initial candidate screening.
Coordinate technical screening and interviews.
Maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and consultants.
Manage candidate submissions and interview coordination.
Follow up on offers and onboarding activities.
Maintain accurate candidate and requirement information in Ceipal ATS.
Keep candidate status, submissions, interviews, and closures updated.
Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets.
Maintain required recruitment TAT (Turnaround Time).
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of US IT Recruiting experience.
Strong knowledge of US IT Staffing.
Hands-on experience with:
C2C
W2
1099
Ceipal experience is mandatory/preferred as stated in the posting.
Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
Good understanding of US IT technologies and job requirements.
Experience working with vendors, implementation partners, and consultants.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Willingness to work 5 days from office.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with strong US Staffing / US IT Recruitment experience will be preferred, particularly those who have extensive hands-on experience with C2C, W2, 1099, vendor management, candidate submissions, and the overall US staffing lifecycle.
