Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other channels.
Handle C2C, W2, and 1099 recruitment requirements.
Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates within timelines.
Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate technical screening.
Work with hiring managers, account managers, vendors, implementation partners, consultants, and candidates.
Manage candidate submissions and interview coordination.
Handle offer follow-ups and onboarding activities.
Maintain candidate and requirement information in Ceipal ATS.
Keep candidate statuses, submissions, interviews, and closures updated.
Maintain candidate/consultant relationships.
Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets and turnaround-time requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of US IT Recruiting experience.
Strong knowledge of US IT Staffing.
Hands-on experience with C2C, W2, and 1099 processes.
Ceipal experience is preferred/mandatory as stated in the posting.
Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.
Understanding of US IT technologies and job requirements.
Vendor and consultant management experience.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Willingness to work from office 5 days a week.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with strong US Staffing / US IT Recruitment experience, especially those experienced in C2C, W2, 1099, vendor management, and Ceipal ATS, are preferred.
