Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) is hiring a Manager HR Talent & OD for its Navi Mumbai office. DFS is a global leader in fueling and convenience retail solutions and is part of Dover Corporation. The company provides advanced fuel dispensing equipment, clean energy solutions, payment systems, automatic tank gauging, and wet stock management solutions with operations across multiple countries worldwide. The Manager HR Talent & OD will function as both an HR Business Partner and a member of the Regional Learning and Organization Development Center of Excellence, supporting Talent Management and Organizational Development initiatives across India and the APAC region. The role partners closely with the India HR Director and Global Talent Management Lead to execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with business priorities.
The selected candidate will drive Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives while ensuring effective execution of HR processes and organizational development programs within a matrix organization.
Responsibilities include partnering with senior business leaders across India and APAC, building trusted stakeholder relationships, implementing global Talent and Organizational Development frameworks locally, providing leadership coaching to senior leaders, strengthening HR business partnering practices, and supporting organization-wide HR transformation initiatives.
The role involves driving talent development, succession planning, leadership development, employee retention strategies, performance management processes, organizational effectiveness, engagement surveys, action planning, and creating a robust leadership pipeline for future business needs.
Additional responsibilities include managing Learning and Development initiatives through Learning Management Systems (LMS), identifying competency gaps, developing Individual Development Plans (IDPs), creating learning modules, executing training programs, promoting organizational culture, driving employee engagement initiatives, supporting diversity and inclusion programs, implementing change management strategies, and ensuring successful adoption of global HR initiatives.
Applicants should possess a full-time MBA in Human Resources from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute with 8 to 12 years of experience in HR Business Partnering within a multinational organization. Candidates should have strong expertise in Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Organization Development, Employee Engagement, Succession Planning, Leadership Coaching, Change Management, HR Processes, and stakeholder management.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong business acumen, analytical thinking, decision-making ability, communication skills, leadership capability, influencing skills, strategic mindset, collaboration, ownership, commitment, and a results-driven approach while working effectively in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
