Job Description
Rempact is hiring a Head of Human Resources for its client, a truck booking technology platform, based in Gurugram. This is a full-time on-site opportunity. The Head of Human Resources will play a critical role in shaping the Human Resources strategy aligned with the organization's ambitious growth plans. The selected candidate will lead all Human Resources functions including recruitment, compliance, employee development, performance management, workforce planning, and employee relations while building a high-performance and people-centric culture within a technology-driven logistics environment.
The selected candidate will develop and implement effective recruitment and talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent for a technology-driven logistics platform. The role includes partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, strengthening talent pipelines, and ensuring successful hiring outcomes across business functions.
The role requires ensuring compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory regulations while developing and implementing Human Resources policies that promote ethical practices and organizational governance. The candidate will design and implement employee training and development programs to build capability, improve performance, and support career progression across the organization.
The Head of Human Resources will promote a positive workplace culture by strengthening employee-employer relationships, resolving employee concerns, mediating workplace disputes, and driving employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives. The role also includes leading the design and execution of performance management systems, goal setting, employee evaluations, talent reviews, and development planning to support organizational growth.
Additional responsibilities include contributing to Human Resources strategy through workforce planning, organization design, succession planning, and talent management initiatives. The selected candidate will use Human Resources analytics, dashboards, and workforce metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of Human Resources initiatives and make data-driven decisions that support business objectives. The role requires working closely with leadership to align people strategies with organizational goals while leveraging Human Resources technology and Artificial Intelligence-driven recruitment solutions where appropriate.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or Human Resources certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR will be an advantage. Applicants should have approximately 15 years of Human Resources experience with proven expertise in recruitment, compliance, employee development, employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, organizational design, talent management, Human Resources analytics, and stakeholder management. Experience in technology-driven or logistics organizations and familiarity with Human Resources technology and Artificial Intelligence-powered recruitment solutions are preferred.
