Job Description
Corporate Gifting Solutions by Sacrosanct is a premium B2B corporate gifting partner specializing in employee welcome kits, festive gifting, client appreciation gifts, and customized branded gifting solutions. The organization works closely with Human Resources, Administration, Marketing, and Leadership teams to deliver high-quality gifting programs with pan-India fulfillment. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations and ensuring that people processes support a high-performance and inclusive workplace culture.
The selected candidate will manage recruitment and onboarding across multiple business functions, coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand workforce requirements, maintain employee records and Human Resources documentation, and oversee employee lifecycle activities including performance management, employee engagement, learning and development coordination, grievance handling, and exit formalities.
The role also involves developing and implementing Human Resources policies, ensuring compliance with labour laws and company standards, supporting payroll inputs and benefits administration, maintaining Human Resources records, partnering with leadership on organizational development initiatives, and driving employee engagement and culture-building programs.
Candidates should possess strong Human Resources operations and administration experience, including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and Human Resources record management. Applicants should have expertise in employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, employee engagement, Human Resources compliance, labour laws, statutory requirements, and Human Resources policies. Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills are essential. Proficiency in HRIS or Human Resources software tools is preferred. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field along with prior experience as a Human Resources Manager or in a similar Human Resources role within a corporate or services organization will be beneficial.
