Capgemini is seeking a Director level executive to join the HR and Employee Experience team. This person will lead a team of 15 consultants and scale the team aggressively in terms of headcount and sales.
The candidate should have a sales and leadership mindset. The firm seeks a strong leader who can articulate a vision and drive execution that results in measurable business outcomes including bookings, contribution margin, revenue, and market recognition.
The role requires a high level of autonomy. The selected candidate should independently build sales offers, take offers to clients and markets, provide solutions related to HR transformation, and manage complete deal cycles. This position will help build the HR Process and Experience Consulting business from its current strong foundation into a billion-scale business.
Core Responsibilities
Work independently to pitch, win, and deliver consulting engagements related to HR Transformation Strategy and Planning.
Develop Employee Experience Frameworks.
Design HR Processes and HR Operating Models.
Lead HR Technology Implementation Management.
Support HR Technology Vendor Selection and Business Case Development.
Deliver HR AI Projects.
Sell HR consulting services to Indian and global clients through capability showcases, client outreach, pipeline development, and relationship management.
Manage operations for a team of HR consultants operating in a Global Delivery Center environment.
Drive utilization management, new sales, account renewals, and headcount growth.
Primary Skills
Minimum 13 years of experience in HR Consulting, HR Transformation and Effectiveness, Employee Experience, Digital HR, or Human Capital Strategy Design with a strong record of project delivery and business growth.
Preferred qualification is an MBA or Master's degree from a leading university in Human Resources Management or Strategy Management.
Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work while driving customer satisfaction through creative and collaborative problem solving.
Key Qualifications
Extensive HR consulting sales experience in Indian markets or experience leading HR process or technology sales for international clients.
Experience managing complete sales and project delivery life cycles.
Strong background in HR Advisory, HR Strategy, HR Process Design, and HR Technology Consulting across the hire-to-retire employee lifecycle.
Proven experience working with senior client stakeholders including CTOs, COOs, business leaders, and internal partners.
Industry experience in Government, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, Oil and Gas, BFSI, Airlines, Manufacturing, Food and Beverage, or related sectors.
Extensive experience in end-to-end HR project and program management.
Experience selling and delivering Employee Experience transformation projects across HRMS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or equivalent systems.
Experience with at least three HR functional areas including Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Time and Attendance, Performance Management, Employee Data Management, Succession Planning, Learning and Development, Recruitment, and Workforce Planning.
Experience working with global teams.
