Holcim Global Hub Business Services is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage corporate regional and international hiring requirements across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in global recruitment, stakeholder management, sourcing through LinkedIn Hiring and various job portals, and maintaining recruitment data with high accuracy.

Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining hiring quality.
Support employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
Experience in corporate and global hiring is mandatory.
Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Hiring and recruitment portals.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong analytical and recruitment data management skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Excellent coordination and organizational skills.
Comfortable working from the office in Airoli, Navi Mumbai.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a Shared Services or Global Business Services environment.
Exposure to international recruitment processes and regional hiring.
