Peppermint Robotics is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive to join its Human Resources team. Robot Manufacturing company with approximately 51 to 200 employees. The role involves working across end to end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, HR compliance, documentation, reporting, and day to day HR activities. Responsibilities include managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical and non technical roles, sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus hiring and networking platforms, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate communication, supporting salary discussions, initiating background verification after offer release, maintaining recruitment trackers and MIS, and building talent pipelines. The role also includes coordinating the onboarding process, collecting and verifying employee documents, conducting HR induction sessions, coordinating with IT, Administration, Finance and business teams, maintaining employee records, supporting attendance, leave, confirmations, transfers and separations, preparing employment related letters, updating HRMS, planning employee engagement programs, wellness initiatives, recognition activities, cultural events, employee communications, surveys and feedback analysis. Additional responsibilities include preparing HR dashboards, recruitment and attrition reports, onboarding reports, attendance reports, HR presentations, maintaining statutory and internal HR compliance documentation, ensuring confidentiality of employee information, supporting employees with HR queries, participating in employer branding, campus engagement, HR automation, SOP preparation, process improvement and digitization initiatives while maintaining professionalism, ethics, confidentiality and timely completion of assigned work. Candidates should have an MBA with a maximum of 3 years of professional experience including at least 2 years of relevant HR experience. Required skills include strong communication, interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, Microsoft Office proficiency, HR operations knowledge, recruitment expertise, onboarding, employee engagement, documentation, confidentiality, attention to detail, teamwork and the ability to work in a fast growing organization.
