Job Description
Roop Vatika is looking for a strong and result-oriented HR Executive / Talent Acquisition Executive to independently manage end-to-end recruitment across its retail and manufacturing operations. The role will involve hiring across junior, middle-management, senior, and leadership positions, with preference for candidates experienced in Fashion, Apparel, Garment, Luxury Retail, Lifestyle, or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment cycle from manpower requirement to candidate joining.
Understand hiring requirements from department heads and develop appropriate candidate profiles.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment consultants, employee referrals, existing databases, and industry networks.
Screen candidates based on experience, stability, skills, salary expectations, and cultural fit.
Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments.
Coordinate technical, departmental, and management-level interviews.
Manage salary negotiations, offer discussions, and offer rollouts.
Maintain regular follow-ups with selected candidates until successful joining.
Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring and critical positions.
Handle multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining recruitment timelines and quality.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly Recruitment MIS and hiring reports.
Track open positions, CVs sourced, candidates screened, interviews, shortlists, offers, joins, offer dropouts, position ageing, and source-wise performance.

3–6+ years of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Experience hiring across retail and manufacturing functions.
Fashion, Apparel, Garment, Luxury Retail, Lifestyle, or related industry experience will be preferred.
Strong sourcing skills across Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, consultants, referrals, databases, and industry networks.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
Excellent salary negotiation and candidate closing skills.
Strong follow-up and candidate management skills.
Experience maintaining Recruitment MIS and hiring reports.
Ability to manage multiple open positions across different functions.
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to independently manage junior, middle-management, senior, and leadership hiring.
