PHINIA is hiring a Talent Specialist – Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience for its Gurgaon location. PHINIA operates in the automotive technology and manufacturing industry with over 12,500 employees across 43 locations in 20 countries. The company provides premium fuel systems, electrical systems, and aftermarket products and solutions designed to improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact. This role is a key member of the global HR team and is responsible for attracting, engaging, developing, and retaining talent across PHINIA's international workforce. The selected candidate will partner with HR leaders, business leaders, and cross-functional teams across multiple regions to drive consistency and continuous improvement in talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and talent development practices. Responsibilities include partnering with HR leadership to assess current practices, identifying opportunities and driving harmonization across talent acquisition, talent management, and employee experience, contributing to the design and continuous improvement of the complete employee lifecycle including attraction, onboarding, development, engagement, and retention, identifying and addressing gaps in the employee career journey, conducting complex analysis of HR and engagement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting organizational performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations to improve engagement, development, performance, and retention outcomes, supporting global talent acquisition activities including sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates, partnering with hiring managers to deliver a high-quality and consistent candidate experience, designing, implementing, and improving employee engagement strategies and initiatives, leading employee engagement survey processes including rollout, action planning, and follow-up interventions, strengthening employee listening mechanisms and promoting a culture of continuous feedback, developing communication strategies that improve transparency and engagement across the organization, driving improvements to the global performance management process, supporting talent management processes including employee development and progression, partnering with HR teams on key talent and performance programs, leading or contributing to global HR projects, managing multiple priorities, and delivering impactful outcomes within defined timelines. Candidates should have at least 8 years of experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or a related field. A Bachelor's degree is required. Experience using Workday HRIS for HR processes and reporting is required. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of global talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement practices, employee listening initiatives, engagement surveys, HR analytics, project management, stakeholder management, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration.
