Millennium Silicon Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring multiple HR Admin Assistants and US HR Onboarding Specialists to join the team in Gurugram, Haryana. This onsite role operates during the US night shift from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST. The position involves managing end-to-end onboarding lifecycles, maintaining US compliance protocols, and providing comprehensive human resource administrative support for W2 employees and Corp-to-Corp (C2C) contractors.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage full-lifecycle onboarding workflows for US-based W2 employees and C2C contractors
Draft, verify, and issue employment offer letters, independent contractor agreements, and onboarding packages
Initiate and oversee statutory US employment compliance verification, including Form I-9 processing and E-Verify checks
Manage pre-employment background checks, drug screenings, and credential verifications
Coordinate with C2C vendor partners to execute Master Services Agreements (MSA), Statements of Work (SOW), and insurance certificates
Maintain and audit employee files, onboarding tracking sheets, and internal human resource records
Serve as a primary point of contact for new hires during their pre-joining and initial orientation phases
Address employee queries regarding documentation, onboarding portals, and workplace administrative procedures
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
1 to 5 years of relevant experience in human resources, HR administration, operations, or US staffing support
Demonstrated functional knowledge of US staffing lifecycles and employment structures including W2, 1099, and C2C engagements
Practical familiarity with US onboarding documentation standards, I-9 verification, and E-Verify regulations
Experience in liaising with third-party staffing vendors and handling sub-contractor documentation
Strong operational proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracker management, and administrative reporting
High level of detail orientation, organizational acumen, and written and verbal communication skills
Willingness and availability to work on-site during US night shift hours (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)
