Key Responsibilities
Support the human resources team with daily talent acquisition and candidate sourcing workflows Review applicant profiles, assist with initial resume screening, and update internal candidate databases Coordinate and schedule interview discussions between applicants and internal hiring managers Facilitate candidate communication, interview logistics, and follow-ups to ensure high turnout Assist with employee onboarding documentation, verification processes, and joining procedures Help maintain organized HR records, operational trackers, and administrative reporting sheets Provide general administrative support to the HR team for workplace engagement and culture activities
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
0 to 6 months of foundational experience or fresh graduates looking to start an HR career Graduation or postgraduation in HR, MBA, or PGDM is preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills with pleasant interpersonal abilities Good coordination, organization, and multitasking capabilities Gurugram-based candidates preferred Immediate joiners are preferred
