Advance Career Solutions Private Limited is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Business Partner based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end human resource lifecycle, streamlining operations, and partnering closely with business leaders and departmental managers on organizational people strategies. The role entails complete oversight of the employee lifecycle from onboarding through final exit management, driving high-impact employee engagement, proactive retention initiatives, grievance redressal, and healthy employee relations. The individual will support performance management systems, appraisal cycles, performance improvement plans, and headcount planning. Additionally, the HRBP will coordinate and validate monthly payroll inputs, track daily attendance, manage loss of pay calculations, variable incentives, deductions, and oversee full and final settlements. A significant portion of the role involves utilizing Advanced MS Excel to build MIS reports, analytical HR dashboards, payroll reconciliations, and employee data tracking within modern HRMS platforms such as HROne, Keka, Darwinbox, Zoho People, or SuccessFactors. The position also supports statutory compliance relating to PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and labour law audits while identifying process optimization opportunities to maintain consistent policy implementation. Candidates with prior domain exposure within Fintech, NBFC, Lending, or BFSI environments are strongly preferred.
