Impact Group of Companies (LMCE Pvt. Ltd.) is hiring an Assistant Manager – Human Resources to join its HR team.
Location: Noida
Experience: 3–5 Years
Working Days: 5 Days
Compensation: As per Market Standards

• FMCG
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and recruitment tracking.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, reimbursements, and Full & Final settlements.
• Prepare and manage HR documentation such as Appointment Letters, PIPs, Warning Letters, Show Cause Notices, Termination Letters, and HR Policies.
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary matters, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain HR MIS, employee records, benefits administration, and HR documentation.
• Partner with business leaders for manpower planning, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives.
Required Skills:
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
• 3–5 years of relevant Human Resources experience with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, payroll coordination, and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication, drafting, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRMS applications.
Candidates with relevant Human Resources experience in E-Commerce or FMCG organizations are encouraged to apply.
