GammaStack Technologies is conducting a Walk-In Drive for the position of Employee Engagement Specialist at its Bengaluru office. The organization is looking for HR professionals who are passionate about building an engaging workplace culture and enhancing the overall employee experience.
The selected candidate will be responsible for planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, cultural events, wellness programs, recognition programs, and internal communication activities while fostering a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
Organize cultural events and employee activities.
Coordinate wellness programs and employee recognition initiatives.
Drive internal communication programs.
Enhance workplace culture and employee experience.
Independently manage employee engagement activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve employee satisfaction.
Requirements
2–4 years of hands-on experience in Employee Engagement.
Experience in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, cultural events, wellness programs, recognition programs, and internal communication.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to independently drive employee engagement activities.
Only candidates who complete the mandatory registration and meet the eligibility criteria will be considered for the walk-in interview.
