Job Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle including recruitment support, onboarding, documentation, deployment, attendance management, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.
• Act as the primary HR point of contact for warehouse associates and resolve queries related to attendance, payroll, incentives, shifts, grievances, and employee relations.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, retention programs, and attrition control.
• Coordinate with staffing agencies for contract workforce management, manpower planning, and vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, HR policies, and workplace standards.
• Partner with warehouse operations to monitor attendance, productivity, discipline, and workforce performance.
• Prepare and maintain HR MIS, headcount reports, attendance dashboards, attrition reports, and workforce analytics.
• Support performance management, employee counselling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements in HR processes and warehouse people operations.

• Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR compliance, employee relations, vendor management, and workforce planning.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
Suitable candidates with relevant HR experience in warehouse or industrial environments are encouraged to apply.
