Ambiraj Consulting Services is hiring an HR Executive / HR Specialist (HR & Administration) to manage end-to-end HR functions along with office administration.
Job Responsibilities:
ā¢ Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
ā¢ Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, HRMS, and personnel documentation.
ā¢ Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations.
ā¢ Support performance management, employee appraisals, and HR policy implementation.
ā¢ Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
ā¢ Plan and execute employee engagement activities, team-building events, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
ā¢ Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce planning data.
ā¢ Conduct employee induction, orientation, and exit formalities.
ā¢ Assist in learning and development initiatives.
ā¢ Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
ā¢ Coordinate with vendors for office procurement, travel arrangements, meetings, and administrative events.
ā¢ Maintain contracts, agreements, and administrative documentation.
ā¢ Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and adherence to organizational policies.
ā¢ Coordinate with internal departments to provide administrative support.
Experience:
1ā2 Years
Qualification:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

ā¢ Ability to maintain confidentiality while working in a fast-paced environment.
