Compensation and Offer Guidance

Maximum Salary Budget: Up to 5 LPA

Offer terms are strictly based on the candidate's current remuneration, with a maximum increment cap of 20% on the last drawn CTC

Candidates currently in lower salary brackets will be extended offers within the 20% increment range rather than jumping straight to the maximum budget ceiling
Key Responsibilities and Scope of Work

Execute end-to-end IT recruitment life cycles covering requirement understanding, candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer administration, and onboarding follow-up

Source and identify qualified technical professionals across software engineering, cloud, infrastructure, and web technologies using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal talent pools

Conduct comprehensive screening interviews to evaluate candidate domain experience, programming/technical competence, notice periods, and compensation details

Liaise with technical hiring managers and client teams to coordinate interview schedules, collect evaluation notes, and ensure prompt feedback delivery

Drive offer discussions, manage salary alignments within company guidelines, and engage selected candidates to mitigate post-offer drop-offs

Maintain real-time candidate trackers, applicant status reports, and daily recruitment MIS metrics to track pipeline health
Candidate Profile and Key Requirements

2 to 3 years of dedicated hands-on experience in full-cycle IT and technical recruitment

Strong functional understanding of information technology concepts, programming languages, frameworks, and engineering job descriptions

Advanced sourcing capabilities on recruitment platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter, along with Boolean search expertise

Sound knowledge of end-to-end recruitment procedures, salary negotiation techniques, and pre-onboarding workflows

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written English communication abilities
