Job Description
NetAmbit is expanding its Talent Acquisition team in Noida. This role focuses on high-volume, target-driven recruitment across BPO, Sales, Mass, Bulk, and Lateral hiring streams.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Lifecycle Recruitment: Handle end-to-end hiring workflows, from initial requirement gathering to offer issuance and candidate onboarding.
Volume & Bulk Hiring: Plan and execute recruitment strategies for high-volume mandates including BPO, Sales, Mass, and Lateral roles.
Multi-Channel Sourcing: Sourcing prospective candidates using job boards, social media, network referrals, and direct databases.
Screening & Coordination: Conduct profile screening, preliminary HR interviews, schedule client/internal interviews, and drive candidate engagement to ensure maximum joining conversion.
Reporting & Tracking: Maintain updated recruitment trackers, hiring MIS reports, and manage applicant databases.
Target Achievement: Consistently achieve individual hiring targets, turnaround time (TAT) SLAs, and closure metrics.
Candidate Profile & Key Requirements
Experience: 1+ year of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to Bulk, Mass, BPO, or Sales hiring.
Sourcing Skills: Practical knowledge of job portal search tools, Boolean searches, and passive talent outreach.
Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication, negotiation skills, candidate coordination, and a target-driven mindset.
Execution: Capability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
