Smaaash Entertainment Private Limited is hiring an experienced Training Manager / Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to design, implement, and manage employee learning initiatives across business functions.
Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct Training Need Identification (TNI) across departments.
• Design and deliver induction, SOP, customer service, compliance, leadership, and technical training programs.
• Conduct Fire & Life Safety training and ensure statutory compliance.
• Create training calendars, manuals, presentations, assessments, and learning materials.
• Monitor training effectiveness and employee development initiatives.
• Maintain training records and support audit readiness.
• Drive continuous learning, capability enhancement, and leadership development across business units.
• Ensure effective implementation of operational training and service standards.

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is mandatory.
• Male candidates preferred.
• Maximum age: 38 years.
• Immediate joiners or candidates available within 15–30 days will be preferred.
Professionals with strong L&D and operational training experience are encouraged to apply.
