Job Description
Elixir Consultants LLP is hiring an experienced HR & Admin Executive for a reputed organization in Hyderabad. The role requires a proactive HR professional with expertise in HR operations, administration, employee lifecycle management, documentation, compliance, and executive support.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR activities, office administration, employee engagement initiatives, and supporting leadership with coordination, reporting, and confidential communications.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and other HR documentation.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR MIS.
Coordinate payroll inputs, statutory compliance, and employee benefits.
Handle employee engagement activities, grievance management, and training programs.
Oversee office administration, facilities management, vendor coordination, travel arrangements, and daily office operations.
Support the Managing Director by managing calendars, meetings, travel schedules, reports, presentations, and confidential communications.
Ensure smooth execution of HR and administrative processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.
3–5 years of experience in HR, Administration, or Executive Assistant roles.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work effectively under pressure.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
