Job Description
HR Search is hiring a PMS Operations professional with 1 to 2 years of domain-specific experience for a client in the financial services sector. Based in Andheri, Mumbai, this role handles day-to-day back-office operations, client onboarding, trade settlement processing, regulatory compliance reporting, and custodian coordination for Portfolio Management Services (PMS) accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Lifecycle Management: Execute end-to-end client account opening, documentation checks, and KYC verification for PMS accounts.
Transaction & Portfolio Processing: Process client top-up investments, capital redemptions, rebalancing trades, and corporate action settlements.
Reporting & Reporting Automation: Generate daily, monthly, and quarterly client portfolio performance statements, MIS reports, and identify opportunities for operational process automation.
Custodian & Broker Coordination: Work closely with custodians, clearing houses, brokers, and external vendors to reconcile cash, holdings, and trade execution allocations.
Compliance & Audit Support: Assist in gathering offsite inspection data, preparing regulatory submissions (SEBI/exchange compliance), and managing internal audit procedures.
Client & Query Management: Address operational inquiries, statement clarification requests, and service issues raised by wealth advisors and clients.
Candidate Profile & Key Requirements
Experience: 1 to 2 years of dedicated experience in PMS Operations, Wealth Management, or Capital Markets.
Domain Expertise: Solid working knowledge of PMS workflows, trade processing, NAV calculations, and asset classes.
Compliance Awareness: Understanding of basic regulatory frameworks, SEBI guidelines for PMS, and audit processes.
Analytical & Technical Skills: High attention to detail with strong capabilities in MS Excel, MIS generation, and operational reconciliation tools.
Soft Skills: Effective multi-party coordination, query resolution, and clear verbal and written communication.
