Job Description
RTX Corporation is an aerospace and defense company providing advanced systems and services for commercial, military, and government customers globally across its three industry-leading businesses, Collins Aerospace Systems, Pratt and Whitney, and Raytheon. Formed in 2020 through the combination of Raytheon Company and the United Technologies Corporation aerospace businesses, the enterprise operates at the edge of known science across avionics, cybersecurity, directed energy, and hypersonics. The organization employs a massive global workforce of 185,000 personnel worldwide with major international corporate centers, including its facility in Bengaluru, India.
The Global Mobility Coordinator and Senior Analyst role provides critical operational support for RTX global mobility programs, driving the fully compliant relocation and assignment of personnel across international borders in adherence to contractual, tax, legal, and operational prerequisites. In this capacity, you will support an extensive assignee population across diverse international regions by drafting, maintaining, and finalizing complex international assignment agreements, expatriate documentation, and contract dossiers. You will maintain complete data integrity inside specialized assignment platforms such as Topia and EQUUS, validating that assignments meet internal governance standards and international statutory mandates.
Day to day responsibilities include conducting comprehensive invoice reviews, analyzing multi-functional cost projections, and diagnosing operational roadblocks across tax, payroll, immigration, benefits, and finance workstreams. You will partner directly with external relocation suppliers, mobility vendors, and administrative agencies to facilitate seamless documentation exchanges. Additionally, you will utilize ServiceNow request systems to resolve assignee queries, generate detailed audit reports, apply the proprietary CORE continuous improvement framework to upgrade shared service delivery, and uphold stringent enterprise data security and confidentiality protocols.
Eligible candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, alongside 5 or more years of proven experience in global mobility operations or human resource support. Proficiency in EQUUS assignment systems, Topia platforms, ServiceNow ticketing software, and advanced Microsoft Excel analysis is required, accompanied by the ability to manage ambiguous cases across international time zones.
