Job Description
LogisticsNow (LoRRI.ai) is looking for an experienced HR Executive – Talent Acquisition & People Operations to lead end-to-end hiring and support people operations in a fast-growing AI-powered logistics company. The ideal candidate should be passionate about talent acquisition, employer branding, employee engagement, and HR operations while thriving in a dynamic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Corporate functions.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, employee referrals, networking, and campus hiring.
• Coordinate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer management, and onboarding activities.
• Strengthen the employer brand across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, AmbitionBox, and other recruitment platforms.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, onboarding programs, and culture-building activities.
• Support HR operations, including payroll coordination, HRIS management, compliance, employee records, and HR documentation.
• Assist in developing and improving HR processes, policies, and employee experience initiatives.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and deliver quality talent.
• Generate recruitment and HR reports while maintaining accurate employee data.
Required Skills
• Strong experience in Talent Acquisition and People Operations.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and HRMS/HRIS platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate relationship management skills.
• Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
4–7 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
Preferred Candidate
• Experience hiring across Engineering, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Corporate functions.
• Startup experience will be an added advantage.
• Candidates who can independently manage recruitment and people operations are preferred.
