CLO Virtual Fashion is the creator of CLO and Marvelous Designer, leading 3D garment design software solutions used across fashion, film and game development industries. Founded in 2009, the company focuses on empowering users throughout the garment journey from concept creation and design to manufacturing, marketing, fitting and styling. CLO Virtual Fashion operates in the Fashion Technology and Software industry with 16 offices across 14 countries in North America, Asia, Europe and South America. The companyβs product ecosystem includes CLO, Marvelous Designer, CLO-SET, CONNECT and digital fashion solutions that support the future of garment innovation. The Employee Experience Manager (HR & Administration) will be a key member of the People & Culture team, responsible for strengthening employee experience, workplace culture and operational efficiency. The role will act as a Culture Evangelist by aligning employees with the companyβs mission and values while ensuring smooth collaboration across global teams. Responsibilities include partnering with IT, Finance and Legal teams to design office environments and internal programs, developing HR and administrative policies and SOPs, managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes, implementing employee benefit programs, coordinating with global People & Culture teams, maintaining accurate business processes and documentation, supporting global business logistics including travel coordination, visa processing and relocation arrangements, managing expansion-related activities, improving office operations processes, overseeing facility management, vendor relationships and procurement activities, reviewing finance-related documents, supporting budget management and tracking expenditures. The ideal candidate should have more than 3 years of experience in Employee Experience, HR Administration or related roles. Candidates should have a strong understanding of administrative operations including procurement, budgeting and employee welfare programs, experience collaborating with back-office operations, basic knowledge of Indian labour laws and compliance processes, proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack or similar collaboration tools and excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Experience with HRIS or HRMS platforms such as Keka, Workday or SuccessFactors, startup environments, global team collaboration and office relocation projects will be an added advantage. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and travelling when required.
