Position Overview
The Lead Expert, Enterprise Functions - Human Resources leads end-to-end HR Technology as a core strategic capability. The role owns SAP SuccessFactors and connected HR enterprise applications, governs global payroll providers and external service partners, spearheads automation and digital employee experience programs, protects HR data integrity and regulatory compliance, and ensures seamless, high-quality HR services across all operational domains. Additionally, the role shapes and executes a value-driven digital roadmap aligned with enterprise priorities to enable scalable innovation.
Key Responsibilities and Scope
Lead and optimize the end-to-end HR Technology architecture, ensuring secure, resilient, scalable, and high-performing operations across SAP SuccessFactors and the broader HR system landscape.
Own and manage SAP SuccessFactors platforms and modules, covering Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Talent Management, Compensation, Workforce Analytics, SAP BTP, system integrations, identity services, and payroll interfaces.
Drive global HR digitization by standardizing, simplifying, and automating workflows across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle using AI, automated workflows, and self-service capabilities.
Govern HR master data, system integrations, cybersecurity standards, regulatory compliance, reporting frameworks, and workforce analytics to provide actionable business intelligence.
Manage global payroll vendors, implementation partners, technology providers, and managed service contracts, maintaining service excellence, contractual alignment, and value realization.
Champion Agile, Product-Centric, and DevSecOps working models through disciplined application lifecycle management, CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, automated testing, and ongoing platform enhancement.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HR Information Systems, Business Information Management, Engineering, or a related field.
8 plus years of enterprise experience implementing, delivering, and managing HR Technology platforms, with deep subject matter expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, cloud HCM suites, Agile delivery, and DevSecOps models.
Comprehensive understanding of global HR functional processes including Hire-to-Retire, Talent Management, Compensation, Learning, Payroll, SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP BTP, SAP ECC HR, and SAP S/4HANA.
Demonstrated experience managing enterprise HR integrations, third-party payroll providers, identity management systems, APIs, middleware platforms, data governance policies, and cross-border regulatory standards.
Proven background in formulating application roadmaps, delivering digital transformation programs, workflow automation, AI-driven HR solutions, CI/CD implementation, and platform optimization.
Strong leadership, cross-functional stakeholder management, vendor negotiation, and communication skills within global, multicultural, and multi-vendor corporate structures.
Professional fluency in English is required.
