Tranzeal is hiring a Senior HR Executive or HR Generalist to join its human resources team in Hyderabad. The role functions on an onsite basis working 5 days a week from the office with specific rotational shifts, including Monday through Wednesday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM and Thursday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. A shift allowance is applicable for the second shift. This role is responsible for overseeing end to end human resources operations, managing employee lifecycle stages, driving HRMS administration, coordinating payroll, and maintaining statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end to end employee lifecycle events including onboarding, transfer administration, documentation, and full and final exit formalities Maintain employee records, personnel files, and accurate employee data updates within the HRMS system Coordinate background verification (BGV) processes with external vendors and track verification statuses Prepare, maintain, and generate monthly HR MIS reports, attendance dashboards, and operational metrics Collate and validate monthly payroll inputs, coordinate with Finance teams, and assist with statutory compliances covering PF, ESIC, and labor laws Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving day to day employee inquiries and workplace grievances Drive workplace employee engagement programs, cultural celebrations, and internal HR communications Collaborate with IT, Administration, Finance, and external HR service partners to ensure operational efficiency
Candidate Requirements and Preferences
5 to 8 years of relevant working experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist roles Mandatory hands-on exposure to HRMS platforms, background verification processes, payroll inputs, and HR MIS reporting Sound understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliances such as Provident Fund and ESIC Strong business communication, Excel, and stakeholder management skills Candidates must possess an MBA, PGDM in HR, or a relevant qualification Local Hyderabad residents and immediate joiners are strongly preferred Female candidates are strongly preferred for this role
