The company is expanding its HR team and is looking for an organised, dependable, and proactive HR professional who can take ownership of recruitment and daily HR operations while helping build structured HR systems that support business growth. Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment support activities including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance records, leave management, and coordinate basic payroll activities.
Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and statutory compliance practices.
Utilize HR software or HRIS platforms and prepare HR reports using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Handle employee queries and coordinate effectively with management and cross functional teams.
Support performance management, employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and day to day HR operations.
Prepare regular HR reports and ensure timely completion of pending HR activities.
Use LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms to source candidates and maintain an active candidate network.
Maintain confidentiality while promoting fair, transparent, and inclusive HR practices.
Guide junior HR team members and contribute to building a structured HR function.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in HR Operations and Recruitment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment support, onboarding, employee records management, and HR policy implementation.
Familiarity with attendance management, leave management, payroll coordination, HR documentation, and compliance practices.
Proficiency in HR software or HRIS tools and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills with the ability to build and maintain professional talent networks.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
HR certification will be an added advantage.
Experience in logistics or another process driven industry is preferred but not mandatory.
