Nexora HR Solution is hiring an experienced HR Manager (Talent Acquisition & HR Operations) to lead strategic talent acquisition and HR operations. This role requires a strong background in building HR processes from the ground up, leading recruitment teams, managing HR operations, and driving organizational growth. Candidates with experience in the EdTech, Training, IT Certifications, Test Preparation, or Study Abroad industry are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage HR policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and employee lifecycle frameworks from the ground up.
Lead aggressive end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Leadership positions.
Manage day-to-day HR operations including payroll administration, statutory compliance, attendance management, leave management, and Performance Management Systems.
Maximize the utilization of Keka HRMS by automating HR workflows, maintaining employee records, and generating HR analytics and reports.
Build, mentor, coach, and lead a high-performing Talent Acquisition and Human Resources team.
Partner with business leaders to align recruitment and HR strategies with organizational objectives.
Manage recruitment vendors, consultancies, and external hiring partners to ensure quality hiring outcomes.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and organizational HR policies.
Drive employee performance management initiatives and support organizational development.
Mandatory Requirements
8ā12 years of core Human Resources experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role such as HR Manager, Talent Acquisition Lead, or HR Head.
Mandatory experience in EdTech, Training, IT Certifications, Test Preparation, or the Study Abroad industry.
Stable career history with at least 2ā3 years of continuous service with the current or most recent employer.
Hands-on expertise with Keka HRMS.
Strong experience using Naukri Recruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and managing recruitment agencies and consultancy partners.
Excellent knowledge of payroll, labour laws, statutory compliance, and Performance Management Systems.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of 30 days or less are preferred.
Geographic Preference
Candidates residing in West Delhi, North-West Delhi, or nearby accessible locations are preferred.
