We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) to act as a strategic consultant to our business leaders. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business objectives and HR strategies by driving talent management, organizational design, employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnering
Partner with department heads and business leaders to understand business objectives, manage stakeholders, and align HR strategies with organizational growth.
End-to-End Employee Lifecycle Management
Oversee and drive all critical employee lifecycle activities from seamless onboarding and employee engagement to performance tracking and offboarding.
Performance and Talent Management
Drive annual performance cycles including KPIs, performance reviews, and Performance Improvement Plans. Lead talent reviews, design succession plans, and coach managers on delivering constructive feedback.
Employee Relations and Compliance
Resolve complex workplace conflicts, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, statutory regulations, and HR best practices.
Engagement and Sentiment Mapping
Champion company culture and employee retention by driving engagement initiatives and gathering feedback through regular employee connects and skip-level meetings.
Workforce Planning and Hiring
Partner with business leaders on organizational design and restructuring while collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team to support workforce planning and hiring requirements.
Data-Driven HR Insights
Analyze HR metrics including attrition, employee engagement, and productivity to identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend data-driven improvements.
Capability Building
Identify learning and development needs and collaborate with the Learning and Development team to execute capability-building initiatives.
Change Management and HR Operations
Support organizational change management and HR transformation initiatives while ensuring confidential maintenance of employee records and HR MIS reports.
Information Security and ISO 27001 Compliance
Maintain compliance with the organization's Information Security Management System aligned with ISO/IEC 27001 standards. Safeguard sensitive data, complete mandatory security awareness training, report security incidents immediately, and ensure daily operations comply with data protection protocols.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
Strong understanding of business operations and financial drivers with the ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management, and coaching skills.
Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities with the capability to handle complex and ambiguous situations.
