Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced HR professional to manage a blended role covering Talent Acquisition (70%) and HR Operations (30%).
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (70%):
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and analyze core hiring requirements.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases.
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and track offer closures.
- Handle salary negotiations, onboarding coordination, and recruitment MIS.
HR Operations (30%):
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Support employee engagement, performance management, and handle workforce queries.
- Manage HR documentation, statutory compliance, and training records.
- Handle medical insurance administration, exit formalities, full & final settlements, and exit interviews.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong experience across Talent Acquisition and HR Operations functions.
- High proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS software (GreytHR experience is a plus).
- Solid understanding of HR audits, leave/attendance management, and MIS reporting.
