Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development professional to drive training strategies, capability-building initiatives, and employee development programs. The role will focus on creating a strong learning culture through effective training delivery, digital learning initiatives, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and drive the annual Learning & Training Calendar and ensure timely execution.
• Lead induction, product & process training, Train-the-Trainer, and capability-building programs.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in partnership with business and functional leaders.
• Design and develop training decks, learning modules, and customized programs for different employee segments.
• Develop assessments and track learning evaluation and training effectiveness metrics.
• Monitor training completion and maintain training MIS and dashboards.
• Analyze training effectiveness and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with external trainers and vendors for leadership and management development programs.
• Drive training digitization and digital learning module development.
• Manage training documentation including attendance, feedback, assessments, and learning records.
• Prepare monthly L&D dashboards and management reports.
• Support employee engagement initiatives including Townhalls, Awards, and employee communications.
Requirements:
• Strong experience in Learning & Development / Talent Development.
• Experience in NBFC, BFSI, or Financial Services preferred.
• Hands-on experience in TNA, training delivery, content development, and training effectiveness.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with exposure to senior business leaders.
• Experience with LMS, digital learning, or training digitization preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
