About The Role
Intelli-Owl Consulting is looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong IT and technical recruitment experience to join the team on-site in LB Nagar, Hyderabad. Operating on a 5 days per week, work-from-office model, this position supports hiring across Europe and Latin America (LATAM) with working shift hours from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST. The specialist will lead full-lifecycle recruitment for technical and SAP mandates, leveraging deep sourcing expertise to identify, engage, and close talent across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and SAP technical positions across Europe and LATAM geographies. Formulate and execute international sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, global job boards, professional networks, and candidate databases. Conduct initial candidate outreach, structured screening conversations, and competency-based evaluations. Assess candidate technical expertise, salary expectations, relocation/work authorization readiness, and language capabilities. Coordinate multi-tier interviews between shortlisted candidates and client or internal evaluation panels. Manage candidate engagement throughout the hiring cycle, including feedback delivery, compensation discussions, and pre-boarding formalities. Maintain up-to-date candidate trackers, operational recruitment metrics, and pipeline reporting. Adhere to regional hiring timelines and ensure a professional, high-touch candidate experience.
Mandatory Requirements & Skills
3 to 7 years of overall talent acquisition experience, with a minimum of 2 years dedicated to IT/Technical recruitment. Hands-on recruitment experience within IT, enterprise systems, or SAP ecosystems. Demonstrated direct-sourcing expertise, particularly utilizing LinkedIn, Boolean search, and major online portals. Prior experience with international hiring, specifically across European or LATAM markets, is preferred. Fluency in verbal and written English communication is essential. Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, or other European languages is a distinct advantage. Strong independent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions. Willingness to work 100% on-site in LB Nagar, Hyderabad during the 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST shift. Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice are strongly preferred.
