This is a full-time on-site opportunity based in Gurugram, Haryana. The Human Resources Associate will support HR operations, employee lifecycle management, recruitment coordination, documentation, employee engagement, and HR process execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and recruitment process support.
Manage employee onboarding activities, joining formalities, documentation, and new hire coordination.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, employment contracts, and other HR-related documents.
Maintain employee records, background verification details, HRMS data, and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.
Ensure timely attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll inputs.
Handle day-to-day employee queries related to HR policies, documentation, processes, and employee lifecycle activities.
Maintain HR trackers, MIS reports, employee databases, and HR documentation.
Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace activities.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR processes and employee services.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
2 to 4 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist roles.
Good understanding of HR operations, recruitment coordination, and employee lifecycle processes.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRMS platforms.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Work Details:
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Experience Required: 2 to 4 Years
Salary Budget: 4 to 5.4 LPA
Office Timing:
Community Team: 8:30 AM / 9:00 AM / 10:00 AM as per roster.
Other Departments: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
Gross Working Hours: 8.5 hours per day.
Working Days:
5-day work week for Accounts, HR, and Marketing with alternate Saturday working based on business requirements.
Alternate Saturday working for Community, Sales, and Operations teams.
Probation Period: 6 months.
