Job Description
ToggleNow Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced HR Manager for its Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise across HR Operations and strategic HR Business Partnering, with the ability to manage day-to-day HR processes while driving long-term organizational development initiatives. The role involves partnering with leadership, managing employee relations, developing talent, and building a high-performance workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee HR operations including payroll, HRMS administration, employee records, and statutory compliance.
• Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Manage complex employee relations matters, employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Coach managers and support a positive and productive workplace environment.
• Drive succession planning, leadership development, talent management, and career growth initiatives.
• Lead performance management and annual performance review cycles.
• Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, labour laws, and organizational standards.
• Drive employee engagement, diversity, inclusion, and workplace culture initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics and people data to provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Support organizational development and change management initiatives.
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of HR Operations, HR Compliance, and Employee Relations.
• Proven experience in HRBP, Talent Management, and Organizational Development.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms and HR Analytics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive HR transformation in a dynamic environment.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate
• 8–10 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong exposure to both HR Operations and strategic HRBP functions.
• Experience in IT/Software organizations and fast-paced growth environments will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
