Job Description
Zafify is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join its Human Resources team in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience across HR Operations, Recruitment, Employee Onboarding, Training, Payroll, and Employee Lifecycle Management. The role requires a proactive HR professional who can independently manage day-to-day HR activities and contribute to effective people management.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
ā¢ Lead recruitment and talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and selection.
ā¢ Oversee employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and joining formalities.
ā¢ Coordinate learning, training, and employee development initiatives.
ā¢ Manage payroll-related activities and coordinate salary processing.
ā¢ Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HR databases.
ā¢ Support employee engagement and employee relations initiatives.
ā¢ Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and procedures.
ā¢ Handle employee queries and coordinate with internal teams on HR-related matters.
ā¢ Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS, and HR trackers.
Required Skills
ā¢ Strong knowledge of HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle Management.
ā¢ Hands-on experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, Training, and Payroll.
ā¢ Good understanding of HR policies and processes.
ā¢ Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
ā¢ Strong people management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
ā¢ Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Preferred Candidate
ā¢ 4ā7 years of relevant HR experience.
ā¢ Strong hands-on exposure across HR Operations and Generalist functions.
ā¢ Candidates with good people management and stakeholder coordination skills will be preferred.
