Job Description
AVS Industries is looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage recruitment, manpower planning, onboarding, and core HR operations at their Noida plant. The ideal candidate will have expertise in technical and blue-collar volume hiring within manufacturing/packaging environments.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Technical Sourcing:
Coordinate with department heads to plan manpower needs against approved budgets.
Recruiter/Sourcing lead for specialized production roles: printing (rotogravure/flexo), lamination, extrusion, slitting, and pouch-making operators, alongside QC, maintenance, stores, dispatch, and corporate staff.
Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, placement agencies, walk-in drives, and ITI/polytechnic institutes.
Conduct screening, schedule interview rounds and trade tests, perform background/reference checks, negotiate offers, and oversee pre-boarding.
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle:
Facilitate joining documentation, identity/age verifications, and required medical fitness clearances.
Conduct orientation sessions covering plant policies, workplace safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)/hygiene standards.
Oversee probation tracking, performance confirmation reviews, exit interviews, and Full & Final (F&F) settlement coordination.
HR Operations & MIS Reporting:
Update and maintain personnel files and employee records inside HRMS software.
Support monthly payroll, attendance, and leave management inputs.
Maintain recruitment trackers and report key HR metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, early attrition).
Manage recruitment agency/consultant panels, SLA agreements, and invoice processing.
Skills & Competencies Required
Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of flexible packaging machinery, manufacturing workflows, and technical role requirements.
Volume Sourcing: Expertise in blue-collar and technical workforce hiring with an established network of local vendors, consultants, and candidate channels.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with MS Excel, candidate tracking systems, job portals, and HRMS applications.
Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, interpersonal communication, and candidate follow-up abilities.
