Role Overview:
We are looking for an Executive HRBP to manage end-to-end HR operations for warehouse employees at Bilaspur. The role requires hands-on experience in managing blue-collar and contractual workforce, employee relations, HR compliance, and partnering with warehouse operations to build a productive and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete employee lifecycle including recruitment support, onboarding, documentation, deployment, attendance management, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities
Act as the primary HR point of contact for warehouse associates and address concerns related to attendance, payroll, incentives, shifts, grievances, and employee relations
Drive employee engagement, retention, and attrition control initiatives
Coordinate with staffing agencies for contract workforce management, manpower planning, and vendor performance
Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, HR policies, and workplace standards
Partner with warehouse operations to monitor attendance, productivity, discipline, and workforce performance
Prepare and maintain HR MIS, headcount reports, attendance dashboards, attrition reports, and workforce analytics
Support performance management, employee counselling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Identify and implement continuous improvements in HR processes and warehouse people operations
Required Skills:
1-3 years of experience in HRBP, HR Operations, Warehouse HR, Plant HR, Industrial HR, or Employee Relations
Experience in Warehouse, Logistics, E-commerce, Manufacturing, Retail, Supply Chain, or Quick Commerce
Hands-on experience managing Blue-Collar and Contractual Workforce
Good understanding of Labour Laws, HR Compliance, Employee Relations, Vendor Management, and Workforce Planning
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
