Job Description
WarpDrive Tech is seeking an experienced Hiring Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead their recruitment function in Bangalore. This numbers-driven role requires a combination of team leadership, stakeholder management, hands-on sourcing across IT and Non-IT domains, and recruitment analytics management.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Leadership & Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and drive the daily performance of the recruitment team.
Establish daily/monthly hiring targets, monitor conversion rates, and ensure on-time candidate closures for both internal and client/external requirements.
Hands-on Sourcing & Stakeholder Management:
Execute hands-on sourcing and screening for niche, critical IT, and Non-IT roles using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and networking channels.
Partner directly with hiring managers and key stakeholders to align on candidate profiles, job descriptions, and SLA expectations.
Recruitment Analytics & MIS Reporting:
Track and report on core recruitment KPIs including Turnaround Time (TAT), submission-to-interview ratios, offer acceptance rates, and joiner dropouts.
Maintain talent acquisition dashboards, generate MIS reports, and identify operational bottlenecks to optimize team productivity.
Candidate Requirements & Core Competencies
Experience: 5+ years of dedicated Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience across both IT and Non-IT roles, including prior team handling exposure.
Core Skills: Active recruitment team leadership, hands-on sourcing expertise, stakeholder management, offer negotiation, and recruitment analytics/MIS tracking.
Mindset: Target-oriented, metrics-driven, adaptable, with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
