Position Summary
Amva Global is hiring a senior HR leader for a growing Aerospace Forgings and Engineering Manufacturing organization based in Hyderabad. Serving as Head of Human Resources, this strategic leadership role takes full ownership of both corporate HR and plant HR operations, managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle for shop-floor technicians and corporate white-collar teams while aligning HR strategy with long-term business goals.
Detailed Responsibilities
The Head of HR will establish, execute, and govern total HR strategy across talent acquisition, operational administration, talent development, and compliance. Strategic duties include driving high-volume and leadership recruitment across engineering, production, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and executive functions, while building manpower planning, key performance indicator systems, appraisal cycles, and succession pipelines. On the operational and compliance side, the role oversees daily HR operations, HRIS administration, HR Shared Services, and payroll execution, alongside ensuring total compliance with factory regulations, labor laws, Provident Fund, ESI, Professional Tax, gratuity, and statutory audits. Additionally, the position leads workforce engagement, grievance resolution, labor relations, HR metrics and cost analytics, and continuous learning programs across technical, behavioral, and safety disciplines.
Candidate Qualifications & Core Competencies
Candidates must bring at least 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably within aerospace, automotive, forging, heavy engineering, or industrial manufacturing environments. Demonstrated expertise in both Plant HR and Corporate HR settings is essential, as is a deep command of statutory labor laws, industrial compliance, and factory regulations. Candidates should show a strong track record in managing diverse workforces—from blue-collar shop floor employees to executive management—complemented by strong capabilities in stakeholder management, workforce planning, HR metrics, and setting up centralized HR Shared Services.
