Position Summary
Keezenix Global LLP is recruiting an experienced HR Manager on behalf of a major infrastructure client with an annual turnover of ₹500 Crore. Based on-site in Hyderabad, this role leads core HR operations, workforce planning, and statutory compliance, partnering closely with operational leadership to support project-based teams, site personnel, and industrial operations.
Detailed Responsibilities
The HR Manager will take full charge of core HR operations and strategic manpower management across corporate and site facilities. Core duties include executing large-scale workforce planning and recruitment to support infrastructure and engineering projects, managing the complete employee lifecycle, and enforcing strict compliance with statutory labor laws, factory regulations, and industrial safety standards. The role involves handling site-level labor relations, resolving employee grievances, establishing performance management systems, and overseeing payroll inputs, attendance systems, and leave records. Additionally, the HR Manager will drive employee engagement, retention initiatives, contractor/vendor compliance, and present HR operational analytics to senior executive leadership.
Candidate Qualifications & Core Competencies
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) specializing in Human Resources, paired with 10 to 15 years of hands-on core HR experience. Prior experience in heavy industrial, manufacturing, operations & maintenance (O&M), power, or project-based infrastructure sectors is mandatory; profiles from IT or BPO sectors will not be considered. Essential competencies include deep command over statutory labor compliance, industrial relations, site manpower planning, contractor management, multi-stakeholder coordination, and leadership skills in non-IT operational environments.
