The Employee Relations Analyst will join the APAC Employee Relations team and play a key role in supporting POSH compliance, Internal Committee operations, employee relations investigations, documentation, reporting, and compliance activities. The role focuses on ensuring confidential handling of employee concerns while supporting a positive, compliant, and inclusive workplace across the APAC region.
Key responsibilities include receiving, documenting, and processing complaints related to sexual harassment while maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity. The role involves conducting initial assessments of complaints, initiating investigations with the appropriate Internal Committee based on the respondent's location, coordinating meetings with complainants, respondents, witnesses, Internal Committee members, and external stakeholders, monitoring investigation timelines to ensure statutory compliance, and supporting Internal Committee members by arranging interviews, organizing evidence, and facilitating communication throughout the investigation process.
The Employee Relations Analyst will monitor the Internal Committee mailbox daily, log and manage cases through ServiceNow, maintain accurate and confidential case records, update investigation trackers, prepare quarterly reports for management and business leaders, coordinate quarterly Internal Committee meetings across India, monitor developments in POSH legislation, draft investigation documentation, archive evidence, and ensure compliance with data privacy requirements.
The role also supports compliance by monitoring adherence to POSH regulations, reviewing and updating policies in line with legal and regulatory changes, and keeping current with employment laws across the APAC region. Responsibilities include coordinating POSH awareness initiatives, working with the Learning and Development team to organize training sessions, tracking attendance, developing training materials, collaborating with the Marketing team to prepare awareness campaigns, mailers, and posters, and conducting POSH awareness sessions during new hire onboarding.
Additional responsibilities include supporting Employee Relations investigations by taking detailed notes, preparing investigation reports, assisting with APAC Employee Relations projects, compiling employee relations data, preparing dashboards, identifying trends, and providing analytical support for decision making.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Labor Relations. Prior experience coordinating POSH processes and employee investigations is preferred. Knowledge of ServiceNow, Workday, employee relations processes, POSH regulations, investigation documentation, reporting, and HR systems is an advantage. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent analytical, written, verbal, organizational, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
