Position Summary
Karmaa Solutions is recruiting an experienced Talent Manager on behalf of a growing EPC, Solar, Infrastructure, and Engineering organization based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Tailored for a mid-to-senior level talent acquisition leader with 7 to 12 years of domain expertise, this role drives full-cycle recruitment, manpower forecasting, talent pipeline construction, and employer branding initiatives across corporate office, engineering design, and project site operations.
Detailed Responsibilities
The Talent Manager will take complete ownership of talent acquisition, workforce planning, and strategic hiring frameworks to support expanding infrastructure and renewable energy projects. Core operational duties include collaborating closely with executive leadership, project directors, and engineering heads to conduct manpower forecasting and define project-based hiring roadmaps. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment across corporate, technical, engineering, and site-level functions, utilizing direct sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, headhunting networks, and industry referrals for niche technical hires. Additionally, the Manager will establish recruitment SOPs, manage ATS workflows, compile hiring dashboards, monitor recruitment metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, channel efficiency), oversee offer negotiations, and manage or mentor junior recruitment team members while driving talent initiatives for both Indian and international project locations.
Candidate Qualifications & Core Competencies
Applicants must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Management, supported by 7 to 12 years of core recruitment and talent acquisition experience. Prior experience within EPC, Solar, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, or Heavy Engineering sectors is strongly preferred, alongside proven exposure to lateral, bulk, and niche technical hiring. Key competencies include advanced sourcing techniques, executive stakeholder management, workforce planning, recruitment analytics, strong salary negotiation capabilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Immediate or short-notice joiners are preferred.
