Position: Sr. Manager - Talent Acquisition

Exotic Innovations Private Limited is looking for a Sr. Manager - Talent Acquisition to lead and drive the end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business growth plans. The role involves managing leadership, managerial, lateral, critical and niche hiring across functions while partnering with business leaders and functional heads to understand manpower requirements and develop effective hiring plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead recruitment strategy, planning and sourcing initiatives aligned with business requirements.
• Own leadership, managerial, lateral, volume, campus and niche hiring.
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
• Drive employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
• Establish and strengthen recruitment processes, systems and governance.
• Lead, coach and mentor the Talent Acquisition team.
• Track recruitment metrics including TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio and cost of hiring.
• Improve recruitment processes, candidate experience and overall hiring effectiveness.
• Partner with business leaders and functional heads on workforce requirements.
Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably with leadership experience.
• Proven experience managing leadership, lateral, niche, volume and campus hiring.
• Experience in Design & Build, Commercial Interiors, General Contracting or Construction is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, sourcing strategies and employer branding.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a recruitment team.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
