Core Responsibilities & Duties
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring lifecycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and offering candidates.
Onboarding & Induction: Facilitate smooth joining processes, comprehensive background documentation, and structured team inductions.
2. HR Operations, Compliance & Documentation
Policy Implementation: Develop, update, and implement robust HR policies, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Records & Administration: Oversee attendance tracking, leave management, payroll coordination, and meticulous record-keeping.
Documentation: Generate official paperwork including employment contracts, confirmation letters, warning notices, experience certificates, and full-and-final (FnF) settlement documents.
3. Employee Lifecycle & Performance Management
Performance Appraisals: Drive performance management cycles, evaluations, increments, and incentive programs in coordination with department heads.
Employee Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for grievance handling, conflict resolution, disciplinary matters, and fostering a positive, productive workplace.
Engagement & Retention: Plan and execute employee engagement programs and team-building initiatives to boost morale.
Offboarding: Manage the complete exit process, including notice period tracking, formal handovers, and clearance procedures.
4. Strategic Development
Workforce Planning: Partner closely with executive leadership on organizational development and talent scaling strategies.
