About the Internship
Acmegrade is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to join its dynamic Human Resources team. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle, learn best practices in talent acquisition, and contribute to the growth of the organization. The selected intern will work closely with experienced HR professionals and gain exposure to various aspects of HR and recruitment operations.
Responsibilities
Sourcing Candidates: Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various online channels including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks.
Explore and recommend new sourcing channels to improve the organization's recruitment reach and candidate pipeline.
Be a part of campus recruitment drives at various educational institutions.
Screening and Initial Assessment: Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates and coordinate interview logistics.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.
Follow up with candidates and hiring managers as needed to ensure timely progress through the recruitment process.
Ensure compliance with applicable data privacy regulations while handling candidate information.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Assist with onboarding documentation and processes.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in Human Resources and talent acquisition.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
