Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Sourcing candidate profiles, posting job openings across job portals and social media platforms, screening resumes, and conducting initial HR interviews.
Onboarding & Operations: Managing candidate joining formalities, preparing HR documentation and letters, and executing employee onboarding procedures.
HR Records & Logistics: Maintaining employee trackers, attendance registers, and official records while coordinating with management, trainers, and staff.
Employee Engagement: Supporting employee engagement initiatives, internal communication, and general HR operational workflows.
Requirements
Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in HR, BBA, BMS, B.Com, or an equivalent discipline.
Work Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in HR (freshers with foundational HR knowledge are welcome to apply).
Compensation: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month (depending on candidate experience and skill set).
Core Competencies: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), candidate screening skills, organized documentation, and clear interpersonal communication skills.
