Job Description
Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical Program Analyst to join our Managed Service Provider (MSP) operational delivery team in Pune.
In this role, you will support a large-scale global contingent workforce program by leveraging Vendor Management Systems (VMS) to oversee data governance, reporting analytics, compliance tracking, and multi-stakeholder support. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in MSP, RPO, HR operations, or staffing management, combined with strong data analysis capabilities in advanced Excel and VMS platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. VMS Data Management & Operational Support
Direct end-to-end contingent workforce workflows within VMS platforms (e.g., Beeline, Fieldglass, IQN).
Assist hiring managers, staffing suppliers, and contingent workers with onboarding, assignment extensions, system queries, and offboarding workflows.
Ensure data integrity across all worker records, assignment rates, tenure limits, and cost-center allocations.
2. Reporting & Analytics
Extract, compile, and analyze regular and ad-hoc reporting suites covering contingent labor spend, timesheet submissions, supplier fulfillment SLAs, and rate card compliance.
Create actionable dashboards and operational reporting models using advanced Excel capabilities to support client quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
Identify trends, operational bottlenecks, and spend anomalies to drive continuous program optimization.
3. Compliance & Audit Tracking
Monitor staffing supplier performance and audit onboarding/worker documentation against client guidelines, statutory labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
Track tenure management policies, co-employment risks, and worker classification compliance.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration & Process Improvement
Partner closely with global client stakeholders, internal account leads, and regional supply bases across multiple time zones.
Identify process automation opportunities, workflow efficiencies, and system enhancements to elevate overall program efficiency.
Qualifications & Candidate Profile
Mandatory Criteria
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in MSP, HR Operations, RPO, Staffing Operations, or Contingent Workforce Management.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data formatting, nested formulas) and working familiarity with VMS platforms.
Location & Work Mode: Based in or willing to relocate to Pune, capable of working in a 3-day per week in-office hybrid model, and available for an in-person (face-to-face) selection process.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored for global, cross-time-zone stakeholder interactions.
Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize high-volume operational tasks, and uphold client SLAs.
