HRHuddle is looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Manager to manage HR Operations, employee engagement, HR processes, and the complete employee lifecycle. The role will focus on building structured HR processes, creating a positive employee experience, and supporting people initiatives in a fast-growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee onboarding and induction programs.
Drive day-to-day HR Operations and payroll coordination.
Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
Develop and strengthen HR policies, processes, and practices.
Drive employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
Partner with stakeholders on hiring and talent management activities.
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience.
Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Promote a professional, structured, and people-first workplace culture.
Candidate Requirements
2ā5 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong experience in HR Operations and employee lifecycle management.
Hands-on experience with onboarding, payroll coordination, engagement, and performance management.

Drive high-volume and bulk recruitment for Customer Service ā Voice Process roles.
Plan and execute large-scale walk-in recruitment drives.
Generate and maximize candidate footfalls for hiring drives.
Build strong candidate pipelines through multiple sourcing channels.
Source, screen, and engage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Manage recruitment targets and hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Coordinate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to ensure timely position closures.
Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and candidate databases.
Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth movement through the hiring process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial interaction through joining.
Candidate Requirements
1ā3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Strong hands-on experience in volume / bulk hiring.
Proven ability to plan and drive walk-in recruitment drives and maximize candidate footfall.
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage recruitment targets in a fast-paced hiring environment.
Experience in Customer Service / Voice Process hiring will be an advantage.
Immediate joiners to candidates with up to 30 days' notice period preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions.
Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on role requirements.
Conduct initial candidate interactions and coordinate interviews.
Manage candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand manpower requirements.
Drive offer and joining processes to ensure timely closures.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring records.

Candidate Requirements

Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.

Ability to coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Passion for HR and Recruitment.
