Job Description
HRHuddle is looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Manager to manage HR Operations, employee engagement, HR processes, and the complete employee lifecycle. The role will focus on building structured HR processes, creating a positive employee experience, and supporting people initiatives in a fast-growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee onboarding and induction programs.
Drive day-to-day HR Operations and payroll coordination.
Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
Develop and strengthen HR policies, processes, and practices.
Drive employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
Partner with stakeholders on hiring and talent management activities.
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience.
Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Promote a professional, structured, and people-first workplace culture.
Candidate Requirements
2–5 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong experience in HR Operations and employee lifecycle management.
Hands-on experience with onboarding, payroll coordination, engagement, and performance management.
Good understanding of HR policies and processes.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to take ownership and work independently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Passion for employee experience and building a positive workplace culture.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-growing and dynamic organization.

Job Description
360 Realtors LLP is looking for a talented and enthusiastic HR – Talent Acquisition professional to join its team in Gurgaon. The role will focus on end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and timely hiring closures.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions.
Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on role requirements.
Conduct initial candidate interactions and coordinate interviews.
Manage candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand manpower requirements.
Drive offer and joining processes to ensure timely closures.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring records.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Candidate Requirements
1–3 years of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good candidate management and follow-up skills.
Ability to coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Passion for HR and Recruitment.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Willingness to work from the office in Gurgaon.
