Key Requirements & Responsibilities
HR Operations & Administration:
Manage day-to-day HR operations at the plant (attendance, leave, manpower, and employee records).
Manage plant administration activities, including travel arrangements, hotel bookings, transportation, and other employee-related administrative tasks.
Recruitment & Employee Lifecycle:
Coordinate recruitment, interviews, joining formalities, and onboarding of plant employees.
Manage employee transfers, promotions, performance appraisals, and exit formalities.
Compliance & Contract Labour:
Handle contract labour management and ensure proper documentation and statutory compliance.
Ensure strict compliance with applicable labour laws, PF, ESIC, PT, bonus, and other statutory requirements.
Payroll, MIS & Reporting:
Coordinate payroll inputs, overtime, attendance, and employee-related HR MIS.
Prepare and submit regular HR reports to the Plant Head and Corporate HR.
Employee Relations & Welfare:
Address employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and maintain healthy employee relations.
Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and welfare initiatives at the plant.
Mandatory Requirements & Skills:
5 to 7 years of relevant experience in plant HR operations.
Good knowledge of applicable labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR regulations.
Age between 30 to 35 years.
