We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead complete HR, IR, Training, PMS, and Administration activities across the Head Office, group companies, factories, and project sites. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations while ensuring effective workforce management, employee relations, statutory compliance, performance management, training, and administrative activities.

Manpower Planning & Recruitment
Manage manpower planning and recruitment activities across the organisation, including Head Office, group companies, factories, and project sites.
Ensure timely fulfilment of manpower requirements based on business and project needs.
Employee Relations & Grievance Management
Handle employee relations and grievance management effectively.
Address employee concerns and support a positive and productive workplace environment.
Manage labour relations and disciplinary actions where required.
Payroll & Compensation
Oversee payroll and compensation-related activities.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation and related HR processes.
HR Compliance & Statutory Requirements
Ensure compliance with applicable HR laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Maintain required HR documentation and records.
Possess strong knowledge of Construction and Migrant Worker Laws.
Support compliance activities across factories and project sites.
HR Policies & Procedures
Develop, implement, and maintain effective HR policies and procedures.
Ensure policies are communicated effectively and consistently implemented across locations.
Performance Management
Manage Performance Management Systems, KRAs, and KPIs.
Support performance evaluation processes and ensure alignment between employee performance and organisational objectives.
Drive initiatives to improve employee productivity and performance.
Training & Development
Plan and coordinate training and development initiatives.
Identify employee capability gaps and support appropriate learning and development programs.
Employee Engagement & Retention
Drive employee engagement initiatives across the organisation.
Develop initiatives focused on employee satisfaction, retention, and workforce stability.
HR Budgeting & MIS Reporting
Support HR budgeting activities.
Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports and workforce-related data for management review.
Provide relevant HR insights to support business decision-making.
ISO Documentation
Manage and maintain HR-related ISO documentation.
Ensure required records and processes are properly documented and maintained.
Safety & Compliance
Support safety and compliance requirements across project sites and factories.
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure workplace requirements are followed.
POSH Compliance
Ensure POSH compliance and support implementation of relevant policies and processes.
Handle related documentation and awareness activities as required.
Office Administration
Manage and oversee office administration activities.
Ensure smooth administrative operations across the organisation and coordinate with relevant internal teams and service providers.
Ideal Candidate
8+ years of HR experience, preferably in the Construction industry.
Experience managing HR for an organisation with 100+ employees.
Strong knowledge of Construction and Migrant Worker Laws.
Strong expertise in HR, Industrial Relations, Compliance, and Administration.
The ideal candidate should be capable of managing both strategic HR responsibilities and day-to-day workforce requirements across multiple locations.
