Core responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding), conducting structured employee induction programs, maintaining personnel records and HR documentation, and preparing HR MIS reports. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with department heads to address hiring requirements, managing daily attendance and leave records, resolving employee queries, assisting with annual performance reviews, supporting training and development initiatives, and ensuring adherence to internal HR policies and standard operating procedures.
